Normal charges follow, my friend.
My Friends is simply an addititon to the contact list where you can compress your most used contacts in to a seperate area on your phone for ease of refference.

If you have unlimited GPRS, than it would be no problem.

the my friends function is basically a farce....for a start, the refresh rate is somewhere between 9-13mins!what use is that?better use a standard chat room,or simply use sms as an alternative. This message was posted from a P900

I just hate that ... it's extremely simple to change that pooling rate .... but no, SE won't do it. They're so DAMN arrogant!!! ... I hate SE for this ...

Ain't my friends network dependant? I thought the 'My Friends' feature (or known as My Presence on Nokia phones) uses a server with your network provider to bring you this instant messaging service...

O2 UK (which is what i'm on) arn't providing this service, i bought a k500i on O2 Pay As You Go and they've disabled the 'My Friends' icon in the menu!!! It's replaced with 'My Calls'. Wud have been nice to have the option of at least browsing the my friends feature. Ah well.
