Hi all,

I recently bought a CSS-20 Desk Speaker stand to replace the standard Sync Station that comes with the P800. I had to buy a DCU-11 Cable in order to sync with Outlook 2003. I now cannot sync with Outlook as I had to install the USB cable to make it work, but the Sync station software will not recognise my phone in the cradle. I re-installed the software (Version 2.4.1) and still no luck. I then uninstalled and re-installed the same - still no luck. I can sync via Infrared, but it will not recognise my phone in the desk stand. Has anyone go any ideas how I can fix this. Could it be the USB driver conflicting with the Sync Station software?

Many thanks

Diggerblue.

Just found the problem guys - have to switch the volume control on the stand from speaker to headset. What a poxy thing to have to do each time. I just wasted my money.

You mean the handsfree/sync button on the side that changes the mode from desktop speaker to sync station?

Out of interest how did you waste your money? Did you want a desktop speaker station to use for speaking to people? if so it does that. Did you want a sync station only? Well then yes you could have purchased a DSS-25. If not then erm.. It still does what its supposed to right?
