First of all, im not here to destroy the p910i's image. Im planning on getting the p910i but the thing is, i am tired of too many disappointments. what i mean here is that, are there any features of the p910i that failed to do what you guys expect it to do? example would probably be the inability to play full screen video in s700i...

i just want to weigh out the positives and the negatives of the phone.
thanx

Apart from a few quirks which tend to be individually found, the phone on the whole satisfies in every way! Ooo errr.

It's a brilliant device.

Come on, you can never satisfy everyone, and apart from a few little quirks it is almost perfect. 10 times better than the P800 anyway.

Only major thing is lack of Blackberry support, but that only pi$$es off a very small number of users.

Very stable, and no OS bugs that I've found yet.

Go for it .......

I have a p910 after a z600 and a p800 and still think that Sony Ericsson phones deliver true quality, we all have some disapointments but that is normal as nothing is perfect, at least it is not changed every three months which render the phone outdated while you're still suffering from its price.
I love my p910 and think it is a great phone ... go ahead man and get one, you will realy love it.

Where've I heard that before??

Anyway.. you can also store endless amounts of filth on it too. Which is a result in my book. Or P910 if you will.

I have to admit i'm a gadget freak and i'm normally quite critical of mobiles / pda's etc. (i.e. Windows Mobile OS on pocketpc is flawed)but i have to admit the P910i is almost perfect.

I would say the only downsides on the P910i are

1) the lack of wifi 802.11x would make it perfect!
2) the fact you have to use memory stick duo's rather than standard (and cheaper) SD cards.

and don't buy it if you plan to use it with bluetooth in your car, that is still flawed aswell despite a new BT chip, SE says they 'may fix it someday'
