OK this is starting to really bug me now.
Everytime I synch my P900 with Outlook I get duplicated items. Also, items I've deleted from the tasks and jotter etc get put back in.
Is this a known issue?

He he, yes this is a "known" issue. There are so many settings in Pc Suite that at the end I never know whether I've set something wrong or is the program just not working properly.To avoid such confusions and duplicated entries I've decided to enter them only in my computer and then synch them to my phone. Haven't had that problem since.

What version of PC Suite are you using to sync? Allegedly, the latest version -
V3.1.1 has addressed and fixed this issue. I can't say for certain as I haven't encountered the double entry issue in Outlook.

i dont know about this, but the P800 (which still in use) doesn't have this double entry problem but my P910i does. Now using the latest 3.1.1

I'm going to first try to update my synch version (don't even know what I'm currently using) and see if that helps. It isn't really practical for me ONLY to enter info on the computer because I often take down info whilst out and about.
I wonder if I only delete stuff from the computer, that might help. That wouldn't be a problem for me either

Well I update PC synch but it didn't really fix anything. It SEEMS to have helped a little bit but I'm still getting duplicated contacts.
Like I'll delete contacts from the phone but it will just put them back in again when I next synch with the 'pooter
