So i took apart my p900 because the case was broken and i attatched a new one, but i broke the arial.
I went into Carphone Warehouse to get it sorted and the guy said since i've invalidated the warranty, there's nothing he can do.
One question... Since i'm paying for it to get sorted, what does it have to do with the warranty? and what is he speaking about? fair enough i can't claim it off insurance or whatever, but as a repair company, why should a warranty matter?, if they break it any more, fair enough, because it's already broken!!

As i know, in that moment as u or any other service repair the fone, the warranty is over, actually thats the general and usually way. If u have an se warranty, only se repairs u for free the fone, for example.

If you are paying for it, there shouldnt be a problem, no.

@lee
It's not a problem but CPW is not always the most economical way to repair the phone, as they have 3 fixed repair charges:
£30
£75
£150
I suspect such damage would cost £75 to repair and I'm sure you could get it done cheaper by sending direct to

(is it still Celestica that do it??)
If you got no joy from the guy in-store and you still want to use CPW, call 0870 087 0167, which is CPW Repairs, and they will advise of the cost and procedure.
Cheers,
Dave
