hi guys, i just lost my p900 on my way back home,and i cant even figure out where the incident happened. fortunately, it was insured, i cant find the policy but i do remember the orange people telling me tht i can get it replaced in 24 hours. can any one guide me for the right procedure to claim?

1st thing 1st.... REPORT IT STOLEN... that way the idiot that took it cant use it
Second thing... call 118 or something to get the Orange Customer Helpdesk number... they will point you in the right direction... ot better still go to your local orange shop... they are very helpful in there!

Contact Orange. The number will be on your bill, to report the phone as missing. They will put a stop on your number and bar the phone. They should also help with the insurance if you got it through them.

Report it to police and orange as soon as you can. I would say report to ornage first to ensure that the person who has your phone doesnt run up your phone bill. Orange should be open 24 hours to report the phone stolen.

You cant usually claim theft on insurence without getting a crime number off the Police.
