i have got a laptop installed the software from cd and cable when i connect my phone to the cable it comes on the that its connected and the bottom right of the screen and click properties it says usb connected,i did a firmware update last night and it worked,but when i try to send software it comes up the phone is not connected please connect and try again,how weird it this,
does anyone know whats up with it,
if yes can you give me a step by step for computer dummies to help me please thanks

Try to re install your software and if still not working, download this file from sony erricson website.... the file is called
"SonyEricssonPCSuite_3.1.1_EN"

check your internet security and viruz protection, sometimes these things prevent your ffone to cnnect your pc.

you say check interent f,plus is it firewalls and stuff how you do that,plus is it better to download from the sonyericsson web site or from the cd???
