Is this possible? i know you can unlock payg to other networks but can u unlock a blocked contract phone to payg?

no i mean the network orange blocked the phone from making calls and stuff cos it was reported stolen when it wasnt.

well if you did not recieve a raplacement, ring orange..i think they can unblock it. However if you did recieve a replacement that would be fraud. And unblocking the phone urself is a criminal offence (in the UK), you can get 5 years in jail!!!!!!!!

Well if Orange blocked it as it was reported stolen, and you are not committing insurance fraud, they can unblacklist it for you. If not... fiddy will send round the authorities!!

If it's blocked because it's been reported stolen, I would chuck it. Whether someone has or has not been doing naughties, you will not get it unblacklisted as it was never registered to you.
If it's just locked to the Orange network and you want to use a different SIM then yes, you can take it to one of these places.
