> P910i strange clock poblem
Bookmark topic
For some strange reason my clock is all messed up.
when i set the time correctly, somehow after 5 or 10 hours later the clock is either going fast and suddenly set to next morning or moved back! is it t odo with summertime settings? I've unticked all the options (Euro,Northen and Southern Zone)
the clock was working fine since i got it Nov 18. i think I might have changed some settings.
Is there any special option for the clock? otherwise i might need to master reset.
thanks in advance.

I have a problem with P900... when the flip is closed, the clock will be +1 hour.. when opening the flip, the clock will correct itself and return to +1 - flip closed then is OK.
The problem may reoccur when next time I switch on the phone. Firmware = R5D01.
R2D was fine.

i searched the forum and i think i found the problem but cant fix it.
when i sync to my PC with bluetooth my clock changes from am>pm or pm>am .
now where is this sync option to disable the clock change?
is it found under PC or 910i?
if someone could guide me to the right directory, would be so much help.
atm i have to put 2 alarm clocks cause the p910i's changing clock.
thanks in advance

On your Phone Connection Monitor, select properties and make sure that the check mark selected so when you synchronize your phone with your PC, your phone's clock with also be in synch with your PC.

when you put your phone on the cradle, a little phone icon appears on the taskbar. when you right-click on it, click on Properties on the popup menu. then uncheck the option to sync the PC and phone clocks.

I had even worse, it simply advanced 2 days without notice!
I didn't realize it the first day since the hour was correct, but then on a thursday my weekday recurring alarm didn't go off, and then I realized the phone thought it was already saturday! ...wishful thinking!
I set it back to the correct day and now it is ok again (just the logs & sms'es were a bit funnily messed up with their datestamp), but I keep an eye on it!
