The S700 screen is most deff not scratch resistant!
After I let my wife use it for a week or so it's full of tiny scratches and a coupple of serious ones.
She flings it in her purce with keys, litstick and what ever else these female hand bags contain.
Then again, who cares? It's just a phone and I love her even though she more or less knackered the screen on it.
