London underground users can now download a fully interactive tube map to their mobile phones for 25p.
To get hold of the map, developed by iTAGG, text
TUBEMAP to
83248.
The Java application is then returned to the the user's mobile and "cached" on the handset so no further airtime is required. The map can be used as many times as you like, above and below ground.
Users can scroll across the entire tube map, locate stations via an alphabetical listings page and access station specific street maps at a click.
