> Help with F500i battery
Bookmark topic
Hello!
I've just bought myself a SE!

F500i.
Unfortunately, when I switched SIMs from my old T230 to F500i, I think I may have switched the batteries also...

(silly...)
So, does anybody know which battery goes into wich mobile? Both are BST-30, but one is 670 mAh, and one 700 mAh.
Thank you...

You will not damage your phone if you change them. The 700mah goes into f500. And 670 into 230.

Cool! Thank you.
I just read at mobile-review that K500 has 670 mAh.
But I was affraid that I might hurt the mobile with 700.
And could it be that 1 year old battery has less capacity?
Or these new batteries doesnt suffer from this problem?

Dont know. When my k500 came, it had 700mah batt on it. And 230 had 670 mah. Now, 1100mah battery is available. Try putting that on a 230! Heck, we might as well go a week without recharge!

Welcome here! If the batt is well charged usually, its no problem. I use now a 3 years old one, works great.

@ref i may suggest to charge once in a week all night long in off mode your fone, it helps for relaxing the batt and offers good performance

Since I bought it, (25th this month) I charged it 3 times. Every time the phone was off and have been charging for 4 hours. But still, battery lasts 30 hours...

Dont worry. Your battery life will improve. By about the 10th charge, you will get close to two to two and half days.
