Just has the misfortune to have a go on one. I never realised it was so damn mis-proportioned & ugly

Misproportioned yes. Buttugly no. You will have to say this, the poly's sound the best on this phone. And the battery life is fabulous.

both my kids had T300 for a while but my son changed his T300 for a T310 as soon as I gave him the chance while my daughter didnt like it and preferred to keep the T300.
I think for my son it was a mixture of the design (less bulky than T300) and also that it had tony hawks skating on it

Came from a n6210, and suddenly I had a beautifull colorscreen, the best polysound I had ever heard in a mobile, joystick, nonrestricted IRDA, wonderful GUI - and It supported themes which opened up a whole new creative side in me. I never liked the bulky T300 much, but the T310 was love at first sight, to my eyes it was beautifull and it just felt so good in my hand. Since then Ive had T68i, P800, T610, P900 and K700 - but T310 was my very first SE love - and the first one is allways special
