yea you need a T28 service cable, and you have to buy a credit for 8£ i think.
But now at least i can buy the V800 and unlock it so i could use in Canada.

It wont update the firmware,...
Well, its not that bad,.. u can still do everything that u wanna do with it... vodafone live... tsss.... just add ur own things u want =)

you can buy it without contract from any non-voda shop that has it in stock.
YOu cannot currently debrand it as there is no non-voda firmware (yet??)
Over here you can get unlocking codes from vodafone upon buying it offline... no need for totalserver...

Where can i get it cheapest from in Sweden.
Since 3G Network has been opened here in Norway Today,so it can be
used here now.

also dont think vodaphone give free unlocks to people who have signed up to contract just those small few who have 'sim free' ones.
