from your contacts list?

this hasn't happened to me before, nor any one i know. are you sure somebody hasn't accidentally deleted them. is this the first time it has happened? it may be a bug in the firmware, i am not sure.

if it has happened more than once, then i guess it is a fault, but first time, it may be someone just having a joke.

if you get along to your o2 store, there is normally a mobile repair centre, and the people in there should be able to fix it.

normally, the carphone warehouse dont update firmware if the phone is branded because there is a contract with and the operator i.e. se give orange the phone, and orange pay to allow them to brand it, but if you have A GOOD EXCUSE like a bug in the current firmware, they may update it. there is normally though only one carphone warehouse repair centres in the city so you may have to get there yourself, they dont send them off without moaning.

or you could get a dss-20/25 and use the sony ericsson online firmware update service, however i dont know if it still works!

regards
