Hi people, i could really do with some help quickly before Friday night. I am looking to buy the LG U8150 or the Samsung D500 i am not to sure which one yet cos they aren't out yet in stores in UK so i cant have a look at them, which is the only real reason i haven't brought one yet. I decided to look on Ebay just to see what obserd prices people were asking for these phones and i found the LG U8150 for very cheap price right now (of course it could go up over the next 2 days).

If you could give me a answer to these question to the best you can it would be great as i dont seem to be getting a reply from the seller.

1. the seller says it is the LGU8150 and has pictures of it but says they got it from 3 because they work for them, and im sure that 3 would give there employees the 3 version not the orange version. What do you guys think it is.
2. Should i trust the guy as he only has 3 or so previous feedbacks although they are from over the last year.
3. It says they accept paypal. Does this mean if i brought the product and it never arrives i will get most my money back.

Thanks in Advance.

P.S. if someone has the spare time could the posibly ask the seller the question using the link on the website. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBay[....]343794777&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

This would be most aprreciated. The reason i cant ask him question over ebay is cos my mum is the one with the account and she wont be back until friday evening which will be too late to ask the seller a question and i have tried emailing them but they dont reply. Thakns again

To be honest, if your thinking of the LG, dont get a 3 one. The branding is horrific, most of the features are disabled, you can only access 3net, and nothing else, on the whole, if you want to use the phone to its potential, dont get a 3 branded one.

Somehow I wouldn trust the seller, simple reason that the phone has not yet been released correct me if I am wrong..and this guy has only either sold or bought 2 items since he joined..People like that do stuff like this join up and buy and item for 50p get a good feedback and then wham he is sellin a phone for 300 plus...

Be carefull ask for more proof..ps it has the Orange logo on it as well

Yeah, it doesnt look very safe to me either...i would steer clear, and get an "official" unbranded one when they are released.
