Hi,

I went to the Update service and entered my CDA number, which is 162005/3. When I tried getting the latest version number it said:
"Your device is not supported. CDA162005/3 is not supported or you have entered an invalid CDA number"

What's up with this? It also says "your network operator may have...."

Its a SIM free model of P910. Earlier when I tried the update service with this CDA it displayed the latest firmware version. Anyone out there with 2005/3 tried this?

I have had message twice. And both times there was a new firmware within a couple of hours/days. But new firmware again?
What is your firmware version? The following is the latest (162005/1), dated 2004-11-09:
CDA: R3A04
Phone: R4B002
Organizer: R3A04
Bluetooth: R2F

Service is currently down for me. I want mine updating but it's aVoda brannded phone and as yet it's still got the original FW.

l have the same problem,l bought my p910i 2 weeks ago and l updated from the online service without any problems. yesterday l logged in to check if there was anything new and l entered my cda (162005/3) and l got the same message: ''device is not supported'' l got very pissed off. l hope this is just a temporary problem.

Mine is also 162005/3 and its saying not supported.
My phone is unbranded and i updated it when i first had it, anyone have any idea whats going on?

It still says "Your device is not supported", but for CDA 162005/1 the service is up.
