> 64mb Duo giving me problems!

I have a Sony MagicGate Memory Stick Duo which works fine on my PC, but does not get recognized in my P910i.
I have formatted the duo in Windows and still can't get any joy?
I can transfer files to the card but my P910i does not read the card?
Any ideas?

that's cuz you've been doing it wrong. you're not supposed to format the duo under windows. you format it on the phone. the p-series phones have a special directory system, that you MUST follow if you want items viewable from both windows and the phone.
format the card on your phone first... then insert it on your card reader... expand all the directories, and you'll see where you're supposed to place the files (it's under the media directory... pictures/unfiled, audio/unfiled, video/unfiled....etc)

SE phones format the card with FAT (not FAT32).
If you're formatting it with windows, that's what's gonbe wrong.
Format it in the phone, or format it as FAT, the directory structure is automaticallt created once you insert the card...

This is all good, but firstly, shouldn't the phone have been able to read the card prior to formatting, and doesn't the fact that it wouldn't indicate that there is something else wrong?
Secondly, how can he format the card as FAT if the phone won't read it?
