Is there any good program that can open midi files (usually one instrument) and then convert them to ericsson ringtone format ?
It would be really nice because I use to compose my own ringtones and upload to the phone via IR.
I once found such a program but it really sucks... It was constantlly saing the midi had a problem or to change the tone or tempo... Any ideas ?

I went and bought an MA600 infrared adaptor for my PC. It cost about £20 and there is already T68 software (all software is free!!!) that enables you to import midi files for ringtones and bmp files for backgrounds and also you cant sort your contacts and send sms`s all within one program.. and all by IR.
Its also useful for getting contacts from other phones... When I updated from my 7110 i just saved my contacts out using the 7110 software then loaded them back into the t68 software and they uploaded to the phone perfectly first time. How cool is that !!!!

Hi to everybody. I have some problems and maybe someone can help. I use Windows ME, infrared MA-600 and i have the T68. I can not send background pictures bigger than 3kb, although i have read that the limit is 8kb. I do try to lower the infrared speed ( by lowering down the speed of com2 - The infrared has virtual com 4 and can not change the speed), but i am not sure that it works (that it lowers the infrared speed). I still can not send directly the backgrounds, nor with the ericsson appropriate program. Can anyone help or make any suggestions ??
I do have the old R1B firmware, if this is related.
