hi, long story short i currently have a SE k500i which is locked on o2 with the customization it has the R2L001 firmware on now. i have got the service cable and total multicliant 1.40 and need to know which firmware and language pack to use to make it have no customisation i am in the uk and am on 02 please dont blank me like you do with my other posts.

ok, you need
K500_R2AA003_EU1.K5L (language file)
K500_R2AA003_ZONE_1_.K5S (firmware file)
How to decustomise/remove network branding on SonyEricsson K500(i)
Power Off phone and remove sim card.
Connect T28 Unlocking Serial cable or FTDI USB cable
Open Total Multi-Server Client
Select K500/F500 in the drop down menu
Select Repair/Debrand in the flashing menu
Select correct serial port or virtual serial port where USB cable is installed
Select correct Buad Rate - 921600 for USB cable and 115200 for Serial Cable
The step above must be completed without errors before you start the next step
Select the Normal K5S file for example K500_R2AA003_ZONE_1.K5S
Press Flash
When it says done DO NOT disconnect cable or power on phone
The step above must be completed without errors before you start the next step
Press the X button next to the firmware file so it is no longer selected
Select the Default Language file(K5D) you prefer
Press Flash
Once the steps are completed the phone will be fully working and decustomised
Please note all User Data Will be lost after this operation
