Howdy,

I have just bought myself a SE s700i, and just hooked it up to my PC.

I've change the background picture, but I don't like have the themes borders at the top, so I want to create my own theme to get rid of this.

What tool do I use to create themes for my s700i? and where can I get it? And is it free (i hope)?
