how do you change 'call list' shortcut under OK button flipclosed.

if I remember correctly you just go into control panel and choose application shortcuts. this middle shortcut is the one shown under the ok button in flip closed mode

Can you have a short cut for 'call list' when flip is open? I have tried to change the shortcuts but i cannot find the application for call list when flip is open only when closed. Is this how its supposed to be?
IS there away around this i now have to to phone and then choose the call list icon from there which is tedious
