> K500i shortcuts?

Hi,
I've just got a K500i and in the manual it says i change the shortcuts by going to settings -> general and the scroll to shortcuts - but i have no shortcuts option!? can someone tell me how they changed the menu shortcuts and go to options?

There is alot on here about this issue. Guess your phone is on Orange and am afraid that the Orange firmware has removed the SE shortcuts and only flashing the phone can really change this. If phone is payg and you are not happy you can always 14 day it!
DO NOT get on vodafone though......it gets worse!!!

before you say why do SE butcher there phones like this, its becuase networks pay large amounts of money for there phones to have this stuff on there.
