I don't understand this talk about MP3 playing feature is not
useful function if you don't have a memory slot.
Which is best MP3 ringtone or a MIDI one???
41MB is a HUGE amount of memory in mobile phone..
That's 41984KB!!! Think about that!
Pictures are 5-100KB (average maybe 30-40), Miditunes 1-100KB (average maybe 10-20), themes 20-300KB (average maybe 80-100KB), games and other stuff 20-400KB each (average maybe 100-200KB)..
This a huge amount of stuff you can put in your phone.. Don't you agree?
SE has put in just the right amount of memory this phone needs for
what it's marketed at. You can have literally thousands of pictures, sounds (ringtones - MP3 & MIDI), themes & games. They have never
said this was a disguised MP3 player, It's a dual front ->phoneWhich has the ability to play full MP3 songs, as a bonus.
When they release a follow up K710 or K800/K900 it will for sure
have 1.3mpixel or better camera. Then the need for memory slot will
be greater. As it is now, VGA sized pictures is really too small and of relativly low quality that it's not needed to have a memory slot. Hence no slot in K700!
