It won't be the P900, it'll be be o2. or perhaps a connection time-out?

think the problem is free ram memory... cause it downloads first on ram and after you choose what to do with the file..

i keep my ram empty, always check when i try to download big files, i have at least 5mb free. it has to do smth with the cache memory, because when i set it to 500kb, then the transfer is cancelled exactly when the downloaded file reaches 500kb. the problem is that in the inet browser of p900 the max amount of cache is 1MB and even in opera when i set max. amount, the download is beying cancelled at this limit. are there any other download programmes for p900 which can be of some use?

Its a spooling issue if you dont have enough space on your C: you wont be able to download it. Just like when you want to recive a large file via BT and want to save it on DUO if you dont have the space on the C: for it to be spooled you cant download it.
If you have say 4meg on your C and downloading a 2mb file and that dont work ring O2 and ask if they have any restrictions in place.

It's nothing to do with the phone, it's o2's limit on the proxy. Between 1.1 and 1.3mb depending on your payandgo tariff, the only way sound it is using a download manager on a pc, dunno if there is such a thing on the phone, but i've heard something about stopping at just before a meg in opera then resume.
