hello,this is my very first post here so be gentle

i have a k700i branded "O2" and i was wondering if i go to a service center,it can b debranded? and another problem,sometimes 2 of my icons disappear ( the "O2" icons). how can i solve the problem? resoft?

Upgrade means a new fw. About debranding u should ask o2 or an se service.

There are fones with the original fw and branded ones like voda, o2 etc if u wish to have the orig one, u should step in contact with the solutions i wrote before

Yes, it can be unbranded. I don't believe service centers are really supposed to do it though (that doesn't mean that no service center will, of course; they might, if you ask...).
There are online services that will do it (total multi-server is one. There's another that starts with a D I think; velimir could remind us I'm sure...); a search on here will turn up threads on "debranding."
