Hi,
after trying to search the archives, I haven't found anything similar, so maybe somebody else had this problem.
I had my P900 replaced owing to the well-known broken display frame problem. The new phone has a strange habit. At times, it appears that both the speaker and the microphone suffer from periodic drop-outs (sometimes only one of them). For me, it sounds like the other party gets cut off for about 2/10 of a second every 1.5 seconds (or so - I never tried to really measure it). The same phenomenon is described by the people on the other end of the call, namely that my voice is just cut off frequently for very short periods of time. This behavior is not connected to displayed signal strength or battery power, I have watched out for that.
This is a rather annoying problem (and my local SE service center couldn't update the phone software as they claimed it was already the most recent version while SE support says it clearly isn't). But I am not really willing to get the run-around, so maybe someone here has a tip for me.
