When I tap the icon to bring up the virtual keyboard on my P910i it doesn't appear. has anybody else had this problem? did you find a way to sort it?

this usually occurs after an online update and you perform a restore and you have ezitap installed
you have to uninstall and reinstall ezitap to fix the problem

sorry, if i sound very unprefessional here! but what is that "ezitap"? and how can i uninstall and the reinstall it?
