Have been a SE owner for couple of years now and get annoyed everytime I want a new ringtone and wallpaper cos so many websites charge an arm and leg. So I am going to start up my own website, only trouble I don't know where to start. I have got some web space but don't know how to build my website or anything. I need help.

Same story with the desktop images and other stuff.. thereīs just no pleasing some people..
And then you have the leecher crowd that 'wget' your entire site, generating enough traffic that you get your ISPīs attention in the process.
If you still want your website, try to find some html-warrior here or elsewhere who can help you.
