I don't have via user's guide so i take this way of figuring this out. Under the sms menu, What's up with Push Inbox?

Push messages folder is used to store push messages received from your operator or from any website. It generally contains a link to their url. Or a link about new ringtones or offers. You just click on the link and the page is opened.
