Hi,
Which ever editable file is been copied to my p800 am not able to edit them (MS word, MS excel, notepad, etc...). Do I have to install any specific software o support them. As of now am able only to view them.

after opening the doc/xls file you need to save as... so it will convert to the format of the symbian.

if no additional apps have been installed... the P800 can only VIEW Office docs.

You need to install QuickOffice (comes preinstalled with the P910i) if you want to edit Word & Excel files, as well as view Powerpoint files.
