> Stupid orange P910i cant count

So my upgrade came around, and i started thinking about what phone i wanted next. After a lot of deliberating i decided to go for a p910, and went to phone orange to see what deal i could get. Obviously they wanted me to pay a ridiculous price for one, but after the usual "i can get one cheaper from vodaphone" they offered me a pretty good deal, which i took, and after a week waiting for the delivery my new phone dropped onto my doorstep. Within minutes i had it out of the packaging, battery in, and on the charger waiting the prescribed 4 hours to try out this new toy and see what it could do. 4 Hours passed and time came to finally switch the thing on, and time to get familiar with the device, spent an hour or so playing the games on it and trying out different things and i decided actually to make a phonecall with it, and, hang on a minute, somethings wrong here, closed the flip and dialled the number but the wrong number is coming up on the screem, i noticed that 2 of the keys where in the wrong place- where there should be a 4ghi there was a 7pqrs, and where the 7pqrs key should be there was a 4ghi key. odd. should be fairly simple to fix tho, i bought it from orange, so i can just take it into any orange shop and exchange it for another one which can count? nope, that would be far to simple, i phoned orange and they tell me- "you can't change it in an orange shop, we'll have to send you a bag to return it to us in, and then we'll refund you and you can re-order a new one". I have to wait a week for them to send me this bag, then send the phone back, and re-order it then wait another week for a replacement. What a completely stupid way pf doing business, when orange have a shop less than a mile from my house.
Basically, i order a new phone, after a week they send me one to tease me which i have to return, and then maybe 2-3 weeks more till i actually get it. b*stards.
