i have a k500i and a data cable (not service) and i want to transfer stuff to it but it dont seem to be reconised by my computer running windows xp + sp2, i have got the image thing and mobile phone monitor and they dont detect it has been conected either. they cable is in so what could be wrong???

I had a USB data cable for my T630 and it was so annoying trying to send stuff to it. Sometimes it recognised the phone but most of the time it didn't. The best solution is to just get a USB bluetooth dongle. You can send everything like games, themes etc. Also it works with other phones.
