> K500i phone book issue

on my k500i i have the r2l firmware and when i tried to copy my numbers from the phone to the sim it says the sim is full even thought it is not, the phone has deleted all the numbers of the sim and put them on the phone instead and when i try to copy them back they say the sim is full and all entreys could not be copyed and shows sim has 0 numbers.

not very old about a year i would say, its a genie 02 one which i got like about a year ago.

settings reset.
