> pls help with phonebook problems

hello everybody! i just upgraded my t68 to the t68i sw. afterwards, two problems were apparent:
1) when i change the text size to "small", the view in the phonebook changes too. for example, when i press "7" to go to the first name that starts with "P", the phonebook view shows me names that start with the letter "O". i have to scroll a little bit downwards to get to the name that starts with "P". i dont encounter this problem when the text size setting is set to "medium" or "large". is there a way to fix this? it's very annoying since i prefer my text size to be set to "small".
2) when i synchronize my phone with the "phonebook and text message manager", the view for both phone book" and "text messages" shows this: "there are no items to display in this view". the reason i know my phone is connected is that the "phone", "simcard", "battery" and "signal" indicators are working and a window shows that my phone and pc are synchronizing and is successful. i have no problems using xtnd to synch with my outlook.
