Hi guys, i was reading the neowin.net news and i came accross this article, and I was wondering if any of you guys know about this so called Minimo, and if so do u guys know what for platform its going to come out for?
This is the quote:
In the meantime, Mozilla plans to release a new version of Firefox for mobile devices dubbed "Minimo". Firefox "Minimo" is expected to compete with "Opera for Mobile" sometime this coming January.

If it is supposed to compete with Opera then it will have to be for multiple devices. I would love to have Mozilla on my phone.

Currently it only seems to be available in IPAQ binaries. This message was posted from a K700i

More information about the project can be found here.

Its only a matter of time before its ported to the UIQ format, especially due to the increase in smartphone penetration in the mobile market.

I love Opera for UIQ, and I use Opera on my PC. I just wish I could get Opera for my hx4700.
