How do I do this? I've done lots of searching and have found others with the same problem but cannot find a solution.

All it says is 'Intialising'. The contacts, tasks and notes sync fine but the Calendar wont sync...

I have not had this problem with Outlook 2003. My Outlook does pop-up with some messages asking if I will allow a program to access its data and I always say yes.

Are you running XP with Service Pack 2?

Wierd but since I faced it, its worth a mention

Check the filter (top right of your calendar). I've noticed a couple of times that it changes to "Business" for some reason after the sync. The sync'd entries go to "unfiled" and hence even though they are in the phone, you cannot see them.

Change the filter back to "All" and let us know. I'm making a wild guess here, but if you can confirm this wierd behaviour, I will sometime try to replicate this

Its nothing to do with the firewall because
1) Ive tried to sync when disabling it
2) Everything will sync except calendar

Its also nothing to do with the different folders...

have you checked whether your active addressbook is the one selected in the preferences of syncsoft? Sometimes if you use your own or books different to the standard one there could rise conflicts..
