Someone told me that there is a software using p9xx phones to unlock Nokia cellphones? Is it true? Where can I get it? Thanks in advance for the info......

you need to either directly unlock it with a cable
or remotely unlock it by paying someone.
best way, is if you are on contract you can ask for the unlock code NCK etc and they may give it to you.

How can i do it with cable, do I need a program? Can i find it for free? Oh and I already trie by calling cingular 2 year ago and they said they wouldnt do it since i am not on their network anymore.

as far as i know once you have finished your contract then they must give you the code for that phone if you ask for it.
no not with USB, you either need a T28 cable or a terminator dongle are the cheapest. for terminator dongle, software is free.
