i just got this usb to rs232 adapter which allows me to connect rs232(db9) devices to my computer.
a data cable (which i have tried on other PCs, and works well) is connected to the adapter.
i can connect to GPRS, or use phone as a modem, and i can also use float's mobile agent (fma) software.
my problem is not having been able to use PBTM, or Phone settings, or Phone Backup from Christersson with it. I think this has something to do with the Mobile Phone Monitor (mpm) application, which cant find my phone.
Any settings you can recommend?
The adapter is currently set to: 115,200, 8-N-1, Hardware control. And am using W2K.
Have already tried lowering the maximum rate, but i saw no effects.
