Hi ya all,

I've just been speaking to O2, who have informed me of a fault on the T68i that ALLEGEDLY Sony Ericsson ( ) are aware of..!!

Basically I went onto the O2 website on 24/6/02 and sent myself a test message using their free txt service. Well since then I have been receiving the same test message several times a day and nite, up until today. On contacting O2, they informed me that there is a fault with the T68i, which does not confirm that it has received a SMS message like all phones should. This lets the sending site know and hence no more repeat messages.

Further more they have informed me that are aware of this and have given me the following fault ref. no. 226670 to refer to them with, are unaware of this No. and have reputed this allegation.

Has anyone else had the same problem using the T68i or software upgraded T68 and the O2 site.??

UK customer service No.. 08705 237 237 quick pick up and answer.

If so who said what about this problem..?

I think it more to do with the O2 website as they seem to have rushed to move/redirect people from the previous fully working Genie website to their own.
Which should be classified as a "Hard Hat" area as it still seems to be under construction. The email option has disappeared, the Free SMS is not working properly, you cant veiw you bill on-line and as for MMS.....

Thats good to hear..

I have highlighted this to O2 and agree with you that it is a O2 website problem, they kinda agree aswell and say that it is between the O2 network and Ericsson T68i handsets communicating properly.

Hence O2 fault in the subject.
