This problem has arisen in my p800 in the last couple of weeks. I can do everything else including send and recv texts but voice calls are not working.

I cannot even call emergency numbers. Obviously this means the phone is fairly useless...

Any help appreciated.

Take it to a service center and have em check it out man, safer. No use just speculating about what's wrong.

Making and receiving calls is pretty important... so it's gotta work. If not, then no use carrying around ya device.

Get it fixed!!

i bought it on ebay - im actually a bit concerned that its dodgy. i bought it as being 'unblocked on all networks'; i wouldnt be allowed to send/recv texts if it was blocked on a network would i?

You should first backup your phone and then perform a master reset - perhaps itīs only a malfunction in the phone app (as it seems still able to send and receive per sms) that could be fixed this way..

@sanders - what network are you on?

I hate to be the bringer of bad news - I suspect your phone is blocked/blacklisted! If you're on Vodafone or T-Mobile (if you're in the UK) you can still send/recieve texts, but can't make calls. I'd try to contact the Ebay seller about this.
