I would guess the V800 records in 3gp format
I would also guess the quality on the V800 is slightly superior due to the fact it is a UMTS (3g) phone and the P910i is not designed to have video recording as it's main feature.
Furthermore, the length of video you can record depends on the memory you have. If you have 1 mb, then about 20 secs, if you have 10, then you can record much more! You can also set a limit, where the video recording automatically stops after lets say 20 seconds, but usually you can have unlimited. The memory on the v800 can also be expanded to up to 1gb (36 gb if you want to spend hundreds of pounds

)
Regards

I feel like pointing out that the networks the phone operates on have nothing to do with the quality of the video it records.

I didn't say
that
I said due to the fact it has been DESIGNED for a 3g network, it is possible that sony ericsson concentrated a lot of time and effort into the video quality of the phone to make sure it impresses the user.
I didnt say that the UMTS networks affect the quality, i said that

could have made sure that the video quality was good FOR the UMTS networks, if you see what i mean

i do believe the cards max is theoretically 1GB sop you'd have to purchase 36 of those
it uses Memory stick duo and duo pro

Actually, I think I read that the card's theoretical max is 32GB, though

have only confirmed support for upto 1GB in current handsets.
Could be wrong though...

Ok, maybe i got mixed up between 36 and 32, but i read somewhere it is possible to buy a mem stick duo 32mb, but i dont know if the firmware supports it - yet
but i guess it would cost around 7-800 pounds, which is a helluver lotta money!
I would rather buy a laptop
