im using gmail account at theplaceforitall but cant see how you can forward emails isnt it possibe?

Log in at
http://www.gmail.google.com on your pc only and then go to settings ---> click the forwarding and pop tab and choose to forward mails from there.

hvnt got a pc if i ask some1 to click the pop and forwarding tab can i then forward at theplaceforitall?

Yeah if someone who has got a pc activates it for you it will forward all email to the other email address you want it to.
