Hi to all user !

Need helpe on Zip file. How do i install zip file into P910i ? I download Sman into PC then i copy it to my MMC. I browse the file at file manager then i tap it but it show unrecognized format.( No viewer can be found on your device to open this file. File name : sman13c-eng.zip

I check with SE they say phone not support but got 3rd party program support.

Pls help !

you should unzip it first in your PC then copy/install the .sis file to your phone.

alternatively, you could install a zip utility in your phone. i forget the name of the unzip utility but you could try searching for it at www.my-symbian.com.

It's jZip by www.freepoc.org

A very useful zip app. Remember to open zipped archives from within jZip, not a file manager.

BTW, it's not MMC, it MS Duo, not that it matters much!

it says it cant transfer either the .sis file of Jzip...

You need to unzip the file on your PC first, so you have the .sis file on its own. The put your P910 on the SyncStation, double-click on the .sis file, and just follow the instructions to install it on the phone.

Simple as that.
