> No phone has been identified! P900
Bookmark topic
Trying to send images to my PC through the cable but it says no phone has been identified. But the USB has been connected. Tried re-installing PC Suite but doesnt work. I don't have Norton Antivirus enable. I just have AVG Anti-virus running. I tried disabling it and connecting the phone but still doesnt work. Any ideas on this? Thanks

I know, me too.
I just got a P910 and I want to play with my new toy ( I mean business tool ), but it won't let me!

This happens with my P900 almost all of the time. I just keep trying, and it eventually works after a while.
Oh, and welcome both of you to Esato!

I read somewhere that re-formating PC can do the trick? Anybody can confirm?

Reformatting your PC just to get your Pxx0 phone to work is pretty major exercise.
perhaps you should have just bought a mac where things work the first time.

Disable firewalls and antivirus programs. Also check if other programs hawk the com port. I had the same problem. I just kept trying reinstalling and if eventually worked.
Also use the latest phone suite from the website.
