Hi there. It seems that I just can't resize the picture when sending MMS. I have a P910i and instead of asking to resize the pic, it just says that the file is too large. The pic was around 101kb of size. Can anyone help me? Thanks for your time.

is yr phone network branded?

for example did you buy it from Vodafone directly?

the reason: i work in the Carphone Warehouse and i noticed that vodafone disable the ability to have MP3 files as ringtones on S700i! stupid but they do it...

so... get back

Also try this:
>Control Panel
>Messaging Accounts
>MMS
>Advanced
>Content Alert
>Choose an option other than 'Restricted'

It's not network branded, and I've put the option to 'No Restriction' already. On my friend's phone, a P900, if the picture size is too big, then the phone would ask for it to resize, on my P910i though, the phone just says it won't fit into the MMS. Can I do it without installing any other picture viewer programs? I would prefer to use the one that came with the phone. Thanks.

Well I think you just need some photo editor like "Photo Editor" "Photo PRO" "ZenoDraw"

you can get them all from www.my-symbian.com or my PM me!

How about other P900 phones? When the picture size exceeds the limit of the MMS, do they ask for a resize or simply say no to the picture? I changed the setup of my MMS so that it can still put the picture in the MMS but it won't resize it until I do it manually. Cos it is kind of a hassle to manually resize it when you already know that someone else's phone is doing it simply by a tap of a button. Does anyone have the same problem or are they working just fine? Thanks.
