yea coz their order tracking is pretty much inexistent until after you have got your order! Once your account has been set up, as in after you receive ur order the my account bit has about tracking order - if you log into your account on o2 site it might already be there but wasnt the case with me. Also, when I ordered I didnt receive a confirmation email (as havent many ppl) though you still receive your order.
