I'm having problem with my P910i (Orange)
. when i go to application or make phone call or check msg is OK but then i go back to the main Menu where u can only see your shortcut menu then it got stuck or when u open flip. My screen will go blank (white colour) and wait a few minute a msg pop up saying
"Program Closed.
Program Messages
Reason Code ViewSrv
Reason number 11"
i try to turn it off and it wont turn it off.....so i hv to take the battery out to turn it off and there is a distorted image on my P910i screen (of course without light). but when turn it on again the screen is ok but it still keep having the REASON NUMBER 11 Problem.
can anyone advice me what to do pls.........
