Ok this is going to be like my 3rd V800, the call register is really messed up on this phone. When I go back into the call register after either making or receiving a call it puts the wrong caller id. This is really annoying as I have been calling people I thought left a missed call for me but didnt.

Secondly that hinge is also playing up and creeking like previously posted in another thread. I am starting to wonder about the quality of this phone to tell you the truth, and if this is what the first batch of phones are turning out to be then I am really worried about the second. They tend to be of a "lower grade" quality... For those that have exchanged there phones after a month for the same model will know what I mean.

As I will be in a meeting all day, do you know what type of person comes to collect the phone? Is it RoyalMail or a courier? Do they inspect the phone etc...Thanks for that guys.

on topic: is the build quality really that bad? (on the V800

You guys are lucky! When I noticed the first bugs on my V800 and tried to exchange it, I was told that I could do that only 3 days after I bought it!!!

I am probably the only person on this forum that had one well actually (50 but they were all sold)...

@Well I decided to not go into the office today so I believe Vodafone will come and pick it up tomorrow..I wonder what firmware is on it this time.
