when i turn my T206 on it says phone lock then phone lock code: and i have no clue what the code is!!

Default lock code is 0000 for all SE/ /// phones I know.
But if it's not that, either one who sold you the phone changed it or the network provider.
You can ask from who you bought your phone, or take it to any service for flashing. That solved my problem, it's done quickly and shouldn't cost much (bout 5$)
